PURL SOHO X CONSTRUCTION KNITTING

What began as New York City's tiny neighbourhood knitting store in Soho, Purl Soho is now a thriving online store with their own exclusive in-house brand of yarns. The Circle Construction garment is made in Purl Soho's Tussock feather weight 60% super fine kid mohair and 40% silk yarn, which is no wonder they describe it as 'tousled bundles of pure joy'! Spun and dyed in Japan, kid mohair is the highest quality available, made from the first shearing of Angora goats, mixed with lustrous mulberry silk noil.

This superfine yarn is knitted on slightly larger needles into a cobwebby textured circle shape, all imperfect in form but nevertheless poetic in nature when joined together, creating cloud like forms that cascade over the body as a one-size-fits-all transeasonal garment. This pattern has written knitting instructions and step-by-step visual illustrated guides on how to join the circle shapes.
